A consolidated team of highly experienced professionals work daily in the restaurant to reawaken the senses of all who dine at the restaurant. They include Ismael Alvarez,Stefania Giordano and Joserra Losada in the dining room; Giacomo Sbalzer, chef de cuisine, with Iñaki Bolumburu and David Varela; and Txisku Nuévalos in R+D+I department.

The desire of the team at Nerua is to have the restaurant ranked in a prominent position as a reference for local, national and international cuisine. Incorporating the rich culinary culture of the Basque Country onto the haute cuisine circuit is key in our work, without forgetting the main core objective of our service: that the customer enjoys a memorable dining experience
