BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATION FAQ
At Nerua Guggenheim BIlbao, we want to offer our customers the best experience possible, and given that the number of tables we have available in the restaurant is limited, we have set up a new booking system that enables us to guarantee the highest number of experiences for our customers.
Booking cancellation policy
The booking cancellation conditions are the following: the booking may be cancelled at no cost up to 24 hours before the booking date. After that period, there will be a cost of €50 per diner (VAT included). For this reason, we request your bank card number and expiry date when making the booking.
How can I book a table at Nerua Guggenheim Bilbao?

Can I cancel my booking?
YES, you can cancel your booking at any time, up to 24 hours before the date of your booking, via the link provided in the email or SMS that you received when you made your booking at no cost. ONLY in the event of cancelling the booking less than 24 hours beforehand shall the booking cancellation policy be applied.
What happens if I do not arrive for my booking?
At Nerua Guggenheim BIlbao, we always carry out a double verification of each booking, sending an email to our customers, to pre-confirm their booking, and another email three days before the date and time of the booking, to confirm attendance.
In the event of not attending the confirmed booking, the booking cancellation policy will be applied to the credit/debit card that you previously provided, with a cost of €50 per diner.
Can I change my booking?
Yes, provided it is for the same booking date. If you wish to increase the number of diners, you can do so until the booking day itself, provided there is availability, and we will make the change without any problems.
When is my booking confirmed?
Once you make the booking on our website, you must enter the details of your credit/debit card along with your personal data, and the system will proceed to validate the card, charging and then reimbursing €1. Once validated, you will receive an email or an SMS to pre-confirm the booking. Three days before the date and time of your booking, you will receive another email or SMS that will allow you to directly confirm the booking or cancel it. Only in the event that the cancellation is within the 24 hours prior to your booking shall the booking cancellation policy be applied, and the total amount of the seats booked will be charged to your card. If you prefer to make the booking by telephone, we will ask you for all the necessary information and the number of your credit/debit card, to confirm your booking. From then on, the procedure is the same as on our website.
Has my booking been confirmed?
NO, it has only been pre-confirmed.
Three days before the date and time of your booking, you will receive an email or SMS, where you must confirm the booking via the links provided for this purpose. ONLY once the booking has been confirmed by you via the email or SMS shall your booking be confirmed.
