‘Sena’ is the word that in Basque defines instinct, the inner voice, the innate sense that is forged in the culture and identity of the land we inhabit. In this time of uncertainty, in which everything is doubt, our only guide has been and it is the instinct. We wanted to give it a voice in a gastronomic proposal that was born from within us: a 5-step menu made up of iconic Nerua dishes.
